from the street this place looks like a diving bar/restaurant for locals, but eating is absolutely great and the staff always friendly and attentive. the menu seems to be a hybrid of Filipino/Thai and so far I haven't found anything I don't like. it takes a little time to get her meal because everything is cooked to order. It's one of those hole-in-wall finds that not everyone would appreciate. Customers range from Caucasian backpackers to Indian business people, call center agents, and students. It's next to a street, but it's nothing special. The only thing I love about this hotel is that the waitresses are friendly and open 24/7.
