"We spent a night in this hotel. Nice, discreet and helpful welcome. We were even able to get the room back before the scheduled time. The rooms are very quiet, clean and spacious. Maybe it would just deserve a small touch of color for a warmer rendering. The location is perfect for visiting Mirepoix on foot! Small dej simple but offering the essentials. I would have liked a salt proposal (jambon only) The restaurant is pleasant, the perfect service and the well cooked dishes"

"The best cassoulet I ate! the cassoulet is made home and with passion by the restaurateur. If you want to accompany your meal with a bottle of wine, you can serve in the shop and you will be well advised. (very good price) at dessert I advise you to get out of your comfort zone by tasting the fabulous ice cream with special and delicious flavours. If you’re interested in a little more in the restaurant, you’ll see that it’s a benevolent person and a little care for these customers. I came there twice this year and I will be back again! soon (to test your beautiful terrace)"
