"This is something of a continuation of my review of the Castle Hotel. The food is excellent! We stayed at the Castle and ate dinner and breakfast numerous times. The food was always fresh and delicious. We had great breakfasts with eggs to order, toast, juice and coffee. Always good and hot! Dinners were to die for! We had Lechon (crispy pork), prawns, fish (grilled once and fried another). All the dishes were excellent. We couldn't have been happier with the selections. Delia really cares for this kitchen and keeps high standards. Do not miss out on the best dinner in Southern Leyte!!!"
