I waited from 11.57 am to 12.06 pm for a tall freshly brewed with extra cream, while 6 young ppl just chatted. Prominence is given to the drive thru and not customers waiting inside. I actually had to ask if they were going to get me my coffee, they seem unaware that I had ordered anything. I eventually got it and left...there was no extra cream and I had to ask for sugar because they still don't have self service, e... View all feedback.
