What Blfdwe likes about Bluaqua Restrobar:
We were greeted immediately and quickly seated. Service was perfect around when needed, quickly cleared empty plates but not intrusive. Bar tender created our drinks as requested. Food was delicious and plated to look beautiful. We recommend the romaine wedge, shrimp tacos and street corn. Location on Elm Street made for a quick walk to Palace Theater and parking garage. What Micah Russell doesn't like about Bluaqua Restrobar:
Grossly overpriced!!! $27 for Gumbo is a joke. The Bar tender was a goof. Excited to have a southern style Nola restaurant but Extremely disappointed. Gumbo tasted like beef consumme with creole seasoning and frozen over cooked vegetables. Again, $27??? Food cost on this dish couldn't have been higher than $4. How do you come up with $27?Fish tank was nice but Nothing about the atmosphere said Nola. More like a local... View all feedback.
