Carlos O'kelly's - Manhattan

What Roger likes about Carlos O'kelly's:
New Improved. As of August 2012 this restaurant has been totally remodeled. They still carry out their Latino theme but have added menu items. I found the food was good particularly the soup and dessert. The staff was friendly and service was good. Much of the decor has changed and big screen tv's have been added. The Margarita Cheesecake was very good. Another new item worth trying was the Locos Tacos. View all feedback.

An amazing experience. My best friend and his wife came down from St. Louis to visit for the evening. They chose Carlos O'kelly's, and the food, atmosphere and service were fantastic!
