What S RA doesn't like about Carlos O'kelly's Manhattan:
We ordered $100 worth of food and the only decent item was the queso.The beef fajita was not tender or marinated, the tortillas were not cooked or warmed at all, the beans were dry, the rice was from an instant package, the red salsa was bitter, the green salsa was just blended tomatillos with no other ingredients or seasonings, and the guacamole had white shredded cheese on top.
