"Quaint small chocolate shop in the inner city with regals of own handmade chocolate and baked, as well as small batch chocolate bars/ bonbons from other chocolatiers, and the Octavia brand tees. the young lady behind the counter recommended patient some truffles and tees. they put together a 4-piece truffle box $11: dark cabernet caramel, milk almost elvis erdnussbutter and banane, dark chocolate gagache and the award-winning dark whiskey cherry cordial got the last!"

"Ambli Global is probably my favorite Colorado Springs restaurant. The menu changes frequently enough to remain fresh. The dishes are innovative and flavorful. Our server was friendly and attentive. I have yet to be disappointed by this restaurant."

"Friendly, warm,inviting staff, had a pleasant chat with one of the owners,great folks!.. 'Artsy ', hip and quirky vibe,with a very family friendly atmosphere. Many choices of delicious coffee..the food looks amazing, tho I 've only had one of their red velvet cake muffins...it was of the awesome!"

"The food here was really good!!! Worth the time. We had terrace seats behind the restaurant so we couldn't hear a noise from the main street. We have a pretzel, kids Mac n cheese, inline salad, the margarita and apple pecan(? flat bread, chicken burger, sausage and potatoes."

"Wish I could give a 3.5–the food was a 4 , but the service was more of a 3. My mom and I got the falafel sandwich (no tzatziki), fattoush, and the dolmas to share between us, as well as some pita and hummus. The dolmas were my favorite—very warm and delicious with some hummus—but everything else was fantastic as well. The falafel was delicious in the pita sandwich, and we both loved the lightness and deliciousness of the fattoush. We planned to eat in the restaurant as it wasn’t going to close for another 2 hours, but the person working asked if we could order take-out, seeming a bit stressed and wanting to close up. That ended up working out totally fine though because we took our food to the nearby Soda Springs and enjoyed a meal there. Updated from previous review on 2022-08-16"

"Burger was an amazing crispy, spicy quinoa patty. The waitress was very accommodating and noticed when I didn’t that the burger came with ranch and asked even though I didn’t say out loud I was vegan. corrected my order. Also try the truffle oil fries without Parmesan!"

"Seriously delicious. My family shared a pint of Moose on the Loose. Chocolate ice cream with chocolate chip chunks and what we think were chunks of brownie. Staff was also very friendly"

"I love this place, the people who run it and work there, the bartenders, the waiters... all are friendly and thoughtful people. This is the first place I arrive at Manitou Springs during a sun show. Mike shot me for crabs. I wanted to live here. I saw great bands. Had every Berry Salad and every time I enter this fine facility. You have to try! Matt, the owner's son is a true master and will treat you with greatest respect. I admire him and his family. I love the regulars and always make a new friend there, whether locals or tourists. Manitou can change, but the jug remains a constant, and keeps the traditions, with the police and fire signs and Charles Rocky art anoint the walls. You will absolutely love this place as much as I... the specials and burgers also rock!!! Look, if you're in town, you'll be glad you did it!"
