"The Beachburg Restaurant is a welcoming, delicious and reasonably priced spot that really gives that local experience. This place is and has been owned by one of the nicest and kindest families that you will ever meet for many, many years. Over this time they have become an important part of the community and welcome both locals and visitors with open arms. Lilly is an absolute pleasure to chat with and she and her husband are amazing cooks as well. The food is absurdly reasonably priced and is so, so good. Although Beachburg may seem like an odd place to find authentic Chinese food, this is exactly that. Lilly and her family moved to town directly from China and are anything but false. Drop in and give this wonderful little restaurant a try. You will be glad that you did."

"We dropped into the Brisons Bistro Wednesday evening for their Date Night Special. We met the new Executive Chef Kristopher and his team.. The special of the evening was authentic Butter Chicken made from scratch. Basmati Rice and Nan Bread . It was absolutely fantastic....We came back in Dec. and try his Rib Eye steak which was excellent. The New Menu has changed. Now they have a Rack of smoked ribs. Bison Burger, pasta and other excellent meals. KRISTOPHER IS A 5 STAR EXEC CHEF.. Bravo Bryson's Bistro !!!"

"Please do not ever get rid of the pizza with the dill pickle. It’s by far my favourite and possibly the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. I also love the rest of your pizzas but seriously. You hit the spot putting pickles on pizza. I’m...sure it’s been done but it’s the first time I’ve experienced it and I look forward to ordering it every time I go. Will miss the riverside while it goes into hibernation."

"The sign is parallel to the road, so look for the big red B&B sign. They were fully reserved, so plan in advance and call ahead. Came for the beer, the food we saw prepped looked tasty though. Doesn't look like much from the outside, when we pulled up, we weren't 100% sure we were at the right place. Heading inside, you can tell this is built for gatherings. Long tables, seats by the fire, sold at the bar. Staff were friendly, helpful, but preoccupied with prepping for the evening. Beers they only had 4 on tap. Bottle shop was decently stocked.
