This a small café with just a few tables. The menu is similar to what you would find in a pub. Everything we tried was fresh and homemade. We stopped at the cabin hunting in the area. The pizza we ordered was an excellent, beautiful crispy crust with many blows without being overdue. We'll be back.

Loves the house cooking found at Rumours. Best homemade spaghetti sauce, baked in oven with cheese is mouth irrigation. Best real homemade frits. Excellent port...

"We dropped into the Brisons Bistro Wednesday evening for their Date Night Special. We met the new Executive Chef Kristopher and his team.. The special of the evening was authentic Butter Chicken made from scratch. Basmati Rice and Nan Bread . It was absolutely fantastic....We came back in Dec. and try his Rib Eye steak which was excellent. The New Menu has changed. Now they have a Rack of smoked ribs. Bison Burger, pasta and other excellent meals. KRISTOPHER IS A 5 STAR EXEC CHEF.. Bravo Bryson's Bistro !!!"

"Pretty good food for the price. Got fish and chips, chicken fajitas, and Jim 's burger. All was pretty good. Fajitas were awesome. Just wished I had gotten more than 3 tortillas as there was much more filling than could fit in 3 even stuffed to the brim. The 'Better than sex ' cake was pretty darn good. Maybe not fully worthy of the title but close"
