"Approximately 10 year's ago I walked out of this restaurant due to poor food quality. Today I thought I'd give it another try...well the burger was over cooked they now use a poor excuse for meat way to grease. The chips were from the bottom of thebag the salsa was watered down. What happened??? If they closed tomorrow I'll be dancing in the parking lot. Want a goodburger?? Try In-N-Out across the parking lot."

"The food was like that. Spent 40 bucks and didn't get lucky cookies. Chow my was greasy, rice had a strange taste and the sesame chicken coating was muddy. I called for the lucky cookies because I had annoyed children. I called 6 times in an hour and never got someone to answer. We had a problem last time. We're done now. No more. will not go back"

"Ever since eegge's went corporate, I've noticed a change in quality of the meat. Also, they took off a few items that I enjoyed. Yes I love their classic eegee drinks, but I rarely go there for food anymore. Kids still like the ranch fries. Those probably haven't changed."

"I used to go here everyday and buy a sandwich but your staff was so miserable and sad they would get irritated when I came in to buy something. I've stopped going here months ago now because the staff was so ashamed of their lives. Apparently they don'tknow there's nothing to be ashamed of doing a food service job. What's a shame is not showing resilience in the face ofadversity and being miserable at work while facing the public. Your staff literally drive your customers and profits out thedoor. Good luck getting some decent staff. I know it's an uphill battle."

"I've heard about Caffe Torino for years but postponed making the trek as it's quite a drive from where we live. I shouldn't have waited this long! It was all I'd heard and more. A very interesting menu of traditional Italian dishes plus many different also traditional pizza choices. Quite hard to decide. We all ended up having something different and all is thought it was the best we'd ever had. The service was friendly, helpful and prompt, though they were very busy, and a bit short handed I think. The 12 pizza I chose was a thin crust pepperoni and cheese. Wow! It was only 14 bucks and easily a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. I could only eat half but the rest came home with me in a box and will be my lunch today. Yum! This time there we were a group of 5 guys on a boys night out. However, I have already booked reservations for this weekend for just my wife and I. So many different entrees to try. An excellent Italian wine list too. Geez, I wish they were closer."
