"First time there wasnt sure what to expect but it was amazing! The lamb shank fell off the bone and my husband said the gyros was the best he has had. We drove up from Vail and it was definitely worth the min drive. We'll be back"

"We live locally and come here on occasion. We have done staycations and had amazing service. Our experience at Ignite was terrible. Mind you it's the summer and it was slow. I'm sure they aren't fully staffed but for $30 a cocktail and a $30 appetizer I expect better service. We were completely ignored by the bartender and multiple servers walked by us as we sat there. We were also one of the only people in there at the time. We finally got drinks and food and it was going better. It got a bit busier and our server completely forgot about us the rest of our time there. He didn't check on our food, didn't offer us another round (which we would have gotten). We sat there with empty water glasses, empty plates and he continually walked past us. I didn't see a manager on the floor either. Our saving grace was Claudia at the end who cleared our plates, got us a to go box and paid our tab. My husband spent 10 years working for the ritz Carlton and he was appalled. Will never be back. The view is great, food is great but service was so disappointing for a 5 diamond 5 star resort."

"Well learned not to go on a holiday, because the price goes up 35% with less service and $22 charge for a tiny mimosa. If you don't plan on stuffing yourself full of omelet and avocado toast, just go to other decent places. "I'm dipping at 4 o'clock today, I'm guessing peak hours. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with lemon pepper and my friend regularly boneless. the chicken sandwich was totally disgusting and made me sick on mine, I didn't even finish that sandwich. I know that in the position valencia everything is amazing and cooked for perfection, but at this point it was the opposite. it was at the point that it was raw / chewing it was strange, I really thought it could be bc the pickles or I'm just going to praise, so I gave my gf a try and she could say the same. After she had finished eating her, I gave the müll back to the employee (proper etiquette.) no, I didn't make any fuss or became a kar, since it was again peak hours and saw that it was very busy. when I went back home, I felt sick and here I am vomiting, the huh was raw. moral the story, dont order the chicken sandwich combo!"
