"Brisket was moist, perfectly cooked and cut into generous slices. the sauce had the perfect level of flavor. the brisket boudin wurst had a large balance of aromen and texture. the homemade pickles and wobbles were delicious and the side sweet potato salad, garlic green bean and the carrot dive were good to enjoy. the weather was crisp and cool, so we ate at one of the tables and loved how everything was arranged on treys so delicious. it is clear that the owner is enormously talented and ensures an unforgettable BBQ experience in marfa. highly recommended!"

"Great classic diving bar. The brisket and chicken tacos were amazing, the salsa also tasted super fresh. Classic Texas beer selection, yuengling wash it all well. This place probably has so much history and is really a jewel. A refreshing break from all overpriced cocktails and boutique spots nearby."

"I never order olives, but thanks to the other reviews mentioning them, I got them and loved them. The burrata (veggie-style without the ham) was excellent as was the kale and cauliflower salad. A perfect meal, with perfect service."
