"The entree of heirloom tomatoes with goats’ cheese was drenched in balsamic and it was hard to detect the scanty amount of cheese, while the sea bream main had too many conflicting flavours on the plate. Dessert was the saving grace with a raspberry dome being done by a professional. It was very good, as were the totally professional staff. We noted when we entered the restaurant that although it was just opened there was a considerable amount of food on the floor, presumably left over from earlier in the day."
