Y'all! This chipotle is where it's at! The servings are never small, the service is fast and the noise level is what you'd expect of any chipotle. My go to: crunchy tacos (2 chicken, 1 steak although 9 times out of 10, I wish I'd gotten the chicken), brown rice, black beans, onions and peppers, pico, sour cream, lettuce, and shredded cheese. What Creola Hill doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
This is probably the worst Chipotle i e been to and unfortunately it’s the closest to my house so most convenient, however the barbacoa is ALWAYS Dry. The serving line is always a mess even when the manager is on the line and every employee seems like they do not want to be there! View all feedback.

Don’t say you close at 11 then stop serving half the items at 9:45 literally drove all the way here after work arrived minutes before ten and they are out of half the meat with no intentions of making more, over an hour before they close. I love Chipotle but I only come to this location out of desperation because this always happens.
Can not get in contact with the store and when u finally do it’s a bot that doesn’t understand or connect to the customer service. Absolutely the worst service not on the employees but the BUSINESS. The bot answering machine is NOT it. Either hire people to answer the phone or pay for a better bot connecting service to help with an issue. Terrible
Concerned with how the employees mix the pork marinated pinto beans with black beans that are supposed to be vegetarian. I just tried to inform the staff and they rudely ignored me like I wasn't saying anything at all. Some people can't eat meat for various reasons so this disappointed me a lot. The employee starting the orders did not put any care into what he was doing. Very sloppy work. Probably a waste of a review since chipotle is so corporate they can get away with a lot. I miss the quality we used to get at chipotle. Customer service at this specific location was 0.
The manager and the crew were great with our athletes. We had a successful fundraiser. But there support and customer service have made it successful. Thank you.
