"Have come to this establishment a number of times. This review is well deserved. Pad thai is always perfect. Crab rangood appetizer and lot stickers are fantastic. "On the recommendation of one of our daughter's professors we tried this place while we were in town and we were not disappointed. We sat at the bar and had great wine then decided on the gnocchi special and had the charcuterie tray to start. Everyone was very pleasant and the service was great. Shelby took great care of us and we will be back in a few weeks. Can't wait to try more of their great menu items. "I ordered 6 large pizzas for delivery. I received 6 small pizzas. When I called the local store the manager said it wasn?t there fault. I had to reorder 6 large pizzas and pay again. After being promised the new order in 30 minutes I received themI 70 minutes. Our dinner gathering was ruined without an explanation!!"

"The workers have little attention to detail, and show no concern for making dishes correctly. Not just ingredients, but presentation as well. I can go 40 miles to the one in Paducah and bam.... Hardly do they ever disappoint. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich last week, and they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich with very little fries. I called and complained about the switch up. The manager made it right by making me a whole fresh order and gave me a coupon. So I go back the next week and order a chicken tender salad. What I received was a salad with maybe half of a chicken tender, shredded not sliced, with a quarter cup of bacon bits wrapped in a piece of tin foil. When you look at their online menu it clearly shows more than just a little piece of chicken tender shredded up. I know that the dishes that I was served could not fetch the dollar amount that they were asking, any day. I went back in immediately to complain, because I opened the to-go container and didn 't see chicken tenders on top. The lady explained that they were wrapped in the tin foil, and I was thinking How could you fit multiple chicken tenders into a small piece of tin foil ? They didn 't.... Won 't go back and I 'm in the process of contacting corporate management. I 've seen workers on Snapchat and looking down at there phones after returning from the back. Then immediately click out and process my payment so obviously wasn 't on break. Just do your job correctly as a cook or don 't cook, simple. Many other places are hiring ?"

"Many things have changed with regard to certain menu items. Like the French diving sandwich my son ordered, it was earlier shrunk beef, and now it is only roasted in slices deli beef. The four cheeses melt my husband and I was hardly melted or warm. I know many restaurants have risen due to inflation in prices and some ingredients are hard to come, but the price you pay does not correspond to the small amount and moderate quality / taste of food. The staff were very friendly and the location is very clean and therefore I only took a star, but the food could be better."
