"The lady working here today(8/19/21) at 1 p.m literally was yelling and cussing at a poor lady because she was blind, had her seeing eye dog and wouldn't allow her in the establishment.. instead of politely refusing if she felt so strongly about an animal inside she was absolutely terrible. Even as the blind lady tripped and fell out side,scrapping up her knees, the women was still yelling at her, degrading her for having a service animal.. luckily a kind stranger helped her up, all the while the employee still yelling. I really hope something is done about this incident, because that was absolutely uncalled for"

"I wasn't with many quizno, so I didn't have much to compare, but I was impressed. the young lady who took my order was very fast and professional. in contrast to other sandwich shops had my sandwich perfectly portioned of ingredients. it wasn't confusing or falling apart. it was pretty delicious. that was a great experience and I'll be back."

"They have to better deal with the phone language. I don't need a teenager who says: “No ok, I will do my best.” I teach them how to react to a call with a customer. I understand her almost food restaurant, but I expect that I will be treated as they want my business, not brushed. take up my information while on the call and try to find the solution, not hang on me before I can tell them the full problem."
