The price was reasonable, but we found some dishes seemed to be precooked. What User doesn't like about Ritzy Palace Chinese Cuisine:
We planned a relaxing family dinner, but instead everyone was upset. The menu says lobster 5 lbs, which means a five pound lobster in each respectable restaurant. Instead, we have two small ones that do not add to 3 pounds. The answer of the waitress was that they only serve twin lobsters. Press the problem further with the manager, he said that they do not serve big lobsters, although we see them clearly in the tank... View all feedback.

Amazing place and amazing service. came here for dim and dinner. Very good prices too. Your tea stays hot with the candle underneath. Your laundry room is a little cold. They also give free dessert! 100% recommended.
Oh yes it was?.an unforgettable EPIC DIMSUM PARTY at Ritzy Palace in Markham!! The best deal for Dimsum is here!! Get your order before 11:00 and benefit from $4.50 for all dimsum, no matter what size (s, m,l). They also have an amazing offer on their Lobster Efu Noodle dish for only $18,80 to 3 pm each day. The food is delicious and they have a large selection and some unique items on the menu. If you like Bitter Melon? there is a Pan Fried Crispy Vermicelli filled with bitter melon and beef that is very tasty. Try the Seafood Fried Rice with Curry and Coconut. You can find traditional preserved meat and rice served in a tonepot. And for dessert I really enjoyed the chewing mochi filled with sesame paste and steamed buns with creamy salti. Press the problem further with the manager, he said that they do not serve big lobsters, although we see them clearly in the tank at the entrance. While he asked about the small size and the total weight, he continued. Fraud served with flippant posture. The last insult was when we tried to pay the bill with a credit card. The waiter said only cash, although this isn't written anywhere. Stay away.
Arrived at this restaurant on a Sunday morning around 11:15am. Didn?t have to wait for a seating due to my party being a party of 2. Was offered a patio table which was great as it was a calm Sunday morning. Ordered a number of classic dim sum dishes and enjoyed the food throughout. If you arrive and place your order prior to 11am they have a special dim sum early bird pricing of $4.50 each. Brilliant.
