"Good selection of options throughout the Asian spectrum with vegetarian options that can be vegan, except the burnt butter cauliflower. we sat outside, which is quite beautiful, allied by restaurants in crows nest are designed for it. the interior seats are available on some tables and some benches. good food, we enjoyed the dishes, the tamarind curry had a very nice taste, creamy with a hauch sour. "Tommy (owner) is fantastic. as he recalls that all his customers are names beyond me! all kinds of rolls, burgers and sandwiches are delicious. I haven't found anyone I don't like. salates are okay, but they are salates. would be 5*...if not for the following small problems: 1) does not accept card payments 2) is very busy at a lunchtime and should use a numbered ticketing system instead of names, as this can cause mixing-ups 3) some of the sandwiches are quite expensive for what they are"

"New all hours cafe bar restaurant run by some hip scruffy inner west dudes. Seems like they're still settling in to their new digs with a few light fittings unfinished. We had the bacon and egg brioche and the triple cheese toastie with fried green tomatoes and peppers. All excellent. Best part of the menu was the alcoholic juices after 11am. The space itself was bitterly drafty. The doors opening onto noisy King Street need to be closed during these colder months. Service was friendly (they are just dudes running their own cafe)."

"Good service and the food was delicious and easily shared. We ate scallops, pork belly then duck, lamb and ocean trout, sides of fries and broccolini. Finished with desserts though very full. Enjoyed the Prosecco and a lovely Shiraz. Definitely recommend and will be back."

"The Grifter Brewing Co is a top brewery, housed in an old industrial warehouse. The decor is eclectic with a pool table, a bunch of vintage books, lamp shades and some skateboard decks on the walls. It feels in fitting with the Marrickville area in which this pub is located. The vibe is fun, with couples, groups of friends catching up and some cool tunes playing.
