What Deron Stoltenberg doesn't like about Sushi Bar:
in contrast to sushi street, sushi bar would have actually tried to make sushi rice, but it tasted strange and seemed old. that was particularly bad because the package I got was about 95% rice. the lachs nigiri was already much smaller than he saw in the window, but it got worse when I saw that the 2mm thin slices of the lachs shattered over the rice. probably the worst sushi I've ever had.
