"Stopped hoping that they had vegan cake was not disappointed. first and only place I could find in the opposite. kuchen wasn't super decadent, but still delicious. only 2e for the cake and 1.5e for coffee, cheapest place we were!"

"We visited La Remise last week as a party of four and although the restaurant was quiet we had a delightful time. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and explained each dish in detail....we had the seven course tasting menu. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The restaurant is thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. My favourite dish was the woodland soup..a light mushroom consommé and a brioche bun which looked like a fairytale mushroom! Iwould highly recommend a visit to La Remise"

"We by pure coincidence read an article about the restaurant in a brochure in Ovronnaz and decided to visit the restaurant for dinner. The dinner and service was excellent. The dinner consisted of 6 dishes with a very balanced wine menu that fitted the dishes. The service at the table was a pleasure and very knowledgeable. The menu was based on products from the region including use of wild plants in ways we hadn't experienced yet. We will use that in our own kitchen. Bon vent au Soleil."

"Nous avons passé une chouette soirée dans ce joli caveau. De la planchette valaisanne à la raclette, en passant par les vins et les petits oignons maison, tout est délicieux. L'accueil est chaleureux, le service souriant. Et que c'est sympa de rencontrer Colombe-la-Bombe, nous qui avons vibré à ses exploits à l'époque (et à ceux de Russi :-))). Merci Sarah, merci Roland, nous reviendrons."
