"Stopped in on the Sunday of the June long weekend around 1pm the place was busy, ordered food arrived quickly and was some of the best "cheese bread" we have had in recent time's. Only a quick stop and a small order but impressed with the venue, service, prices and food we ordered, Definatley recommend. We enjoyed the sun on the Veranda out front, great spot"

"Great selection of dishes. Very authentic natural flavours. Well balanced, fresh and tasty. We went there on two occasions and both were splendid. Lamp rump (delicious), pork belly entree, braised beef (knock out), chicken roulade, juicy duck and the calamari...all were great. Good ol' fashioned drink was perfectly blended and great Ambience. Super comfy seating with serene views of the valley of tall standing mountain ash. Hosts were very hospitable and always smiling. "I always try and stop in here for a break in my travels. Coffee is great, staff a friendly and the out door area so relaxing under the trees. I often make it the destination point for a relaxing day out of Melbourne too."

"These young people opened up especially for stopping our motorcycle chapter and eating at lunchtime. with a handful of staff we managed incredibly well. the food was served quickly and neatly. the meals were a good value for money and really delicious. "Great country bakery. Don’t go there for the menu food but had a plain pie and French vanilla slice. Can’t complain! As good a pie as you can expect. Go for those two and you won’t leave disappointed! They make fresh salad, ham rolls. I didn’t try them but they were making them fresh. Great if you going on a nearby walk in the hills."
