we couldn't get our dubonnet. this is not surprising, it seems that dinosaurs like me and queen elisabeth ii are the only dubonnet consumers left in the world. the very attentive and creative maître d’hotel took place an amer picon (cinchona in it) with a dry white wine. it worked well. mustels galore! big, good muscheln mit knackigen chips. a sabayone and coffee finished a perfect meal. the waiter is a positive guy... The hotel and restaurant has been significnatly refurbished and updated. The decor is more nice to look at, with comfortable chairs and tables. Menu has been updated and shortened. Overall the menu we had was not bad, although quality has not improved significantly which is unfortunate. We had foie gras, which was ok.
