it is a beautiful restaurant with decent Swiss food with a beautiful view. the children were not too hungry, so we decided to order 2 dishes and asked to share...

"If you were to just judge this restaurant by the food, you would give it 4 or 5 stars. Unfortunately, we had to consume their offerings in a dining room literally filled with flies. Flies landing on our chairs. Flies landing on our food. Flies landing on our heads and bodies. If you want to hold yourself out as a serious restaurant, you really have three choices. One close the restaurant during heat waves. Two install air conditioning in your dining room. Three install screen doors to prevent the flies from inundating your dining room. Go there when there is not a heat wave the food is good and I'm sure you will enjoy it."

"Wir gingen in The Lychee um ein feines Nachtessen zu geniessen. Was am Anfang leicht irritiert ist, dass es unscheinbar an der Hauptstrasse in Littau liegt, wo man so ein Restaurant / Take Away nicht erwarten würde. Schon beim betreten waren wir positiv überrascht. Ein kleines, gemütliches Lokal, welches zum verweilen einlädt. Eine übersichtliche Karte, auf der jederman etwas findet. Das Essen selbst war sehr gut. Frisch zubereitet, mit tollen Gewürzen .... echt thailändisch.Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist für diesen Service und die Qualität der Speisen gut. Unbedingt mal einen Besuch abstatten."

"Unfortunately it was the last time I was at Caruso for a long time… The ambience and food were great, but I give zero stars for the hospitality. Unfortunately I couldn't get a table because of my little dog! The reason is the open kitchen and fear of dog hair. However, my dog doesn't lose any hair because he doesn't have winter/summer fur, so I lose even more"

"Casa Tolone with its family-owner atmosphere and welcoming patron is a very nice and comfortable italian restaurant. No pizza but classics with little fancy attitude. We had great artichoke and vitello tonnato with a light white that did not see a refrigerator before. Friendly, sometimes...a bit disoriented service but always with charme. We will for sure return as we love the atmosphere and easy cuisine. Not cheap but worth it"
