Delicious meal with very good ingredients.We chose it because it looked simple and unfussy and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and wine that was delivered. I had the moule, and they were some of the tastiest mussles I have ever eaten, simply cooked to perfection. Went along Avenue Grassion Cibrand to find a place to eat. Carnon was very quite at the time and most of the restaurants were empty.The waiter at Fleur de Sel stopped us along the street and were very happy and friendly. Promised me to do a special vegetarian salad as there were no such thing on the menu.As the only couple at the restaurant we had great service and the waiter liked to talk a lot.
