After issues with the closing of Scorpio 5 and having to arrange for power , water etc Henry reopened in January....apparently he now has at least a two year agreement for the property usage. Henry greets prior guests with a smile and a kind word, and continues to serve GREAT food. View all feedback.

No bad for what and where it is. There are many places similar to this in Mazatlan, on the beaches and streets ... this place is a cut above the street carts. Have eaten there several times for a beer and some street food. Did not get sick... that says a lot.They are trying to make a living doing what they can with what they have.
