it was ok for the first time ever eating there, but the fried beans was watery and they need to work there to care about customer skills and not standing in register on there phone texting or what not only say read more.

Where to begin? The service was deplorable at best. Waiter brought my food out and more or less dropped it on the table. Never came back to ask about a refill.
