"Service was great. They had enough help to keep things running smoothly. The pizza was exceptional fresh ingredients, freshly made unlike anything you’re used to, such as a dominoes style pizza. If you like dominoes you will not like this pizza it has actual flavor and real cheese that you can taste with real seasoning. Fresh dough not frozen like dominoes and most other pizza places. It makes a huge difference when it’s fresh. I was surprised Just like the Rosati’s in my Chicago neighborhood. All items on the menu are just as exceptional."

"I really like the menu here and have continued to patronize this location despite not taking cash. However, the food quality is getting really bad-, overcooked, no flavor (that previously there) or missing ingredients (salads). Never do take out! Today was the worst and all they can say is sorry. My son spent hours in ER last week after being told to not put peanuts in a bowl. No effort to rectify. For my issue this week, I called and spoke with manager Miss R and I’m done!"

"We had an enjoyable family meal here. Food was good and atmosphere was fun. Definitely a kitschy Cajun chain restaurant. The theme is in your face pretty heavily the minute you walk through the door ???? but that's part of the fun. We ordered a cheeseand chicken fondue to start. Came with garlic bread to dip in it. It was really heavy but tasty. The jalapeno chicken was ok.Not as exciting as he'd hoped it would be but pretty good. Buttermilk chicken baskets were good. Came with corn, fries and hushpuppies. Chicken was tender and the breading was the real deal. Not overly greasy. Kids meal was VERY SPARSE! If you have a kidwith a healthy appetite I strongly recommend ordering from the adult menu. Raw Oysters were meh. Not the most awesome. Weregretted ordering them but we did finish them. Would have been nice if they'd provided hot sauce. We didn't ask so I guessthat's on us? Catfish basket was very nice. The batter was good and the fish was fresh and flaky. Cajun Tricky fish wasexcellent! Dirty rice was perfect, étouffé was on point and the blackened tilapia perfect. Service was good. We weren't everleft with empty glasses but the empty glasses did pile up on the table. Our dishes from our starters stayed with us the wholetime. One time a supervisor came by and did clear a few things. Manager also came by a couple times and seemed really nice. Wenever asked for those plates to be taken but it would have been nice if they were. Shouldn't have to ask in my opinion. Overallwe did have a good experience and enjoyed our meal."

"Honestly as a business owner I don?t even know where to start. I am currently here for a working breakfast. As soon as I sat down I had a work call come in. I was nothing short of harassed about putting in my drink order while I was on a call. Then while I was still on the call a manager come over and asked for my order and I stopped my call to say no we are not ready. He says well we are getting busy with an attitude. This is a Thursday morning at 10am with 12 un-occupied tables. I use to frequent Starwood Cafe but this will be my last final trip."

"BEWARE!! I placed an online order for 3 dozen buntinis to be delivered to our wedding party/venue on a Saturday, ordered 2 weeks in advance. Got the confirmation email, then went by the store in person to confirm the order, which they did. Come the day of the wedding there was no delivery. No phone call. No email. No text. NOTHING!!! Delivery driver texted 2 days later saying they were trying to deliver (Monday). I called back to say they missed it, delivery should have been Saturday, she stated “the bride changed the date to Monday”….NOPE!! I AM the bride and I did NOT change the date. Called the store who said they had no idea how that happened, that since it was online order they don’t have any information other than when they receive the order (strange since I had stopped by the store in advance and confirmed the order, they were able to see the order then Was promptly given a refund, but nothing can compensate for not having the cakes delivered for the wedding reception. They. Did. NOT. Deliver!!!"
