China Garden - Mechanicsburg

I've always enjoyed their food! I felt compelled to write a good review since for some reason there are so many bad ones! I've come here many times and I love it! It can take a while, but I enjoy their food!

Great stuff!. The 'counter gal ' was efficient, professional and helpful fo this first visit. The place was very clean, and above all, the good was great. Not skimping on portions or meat. I 've even tons of Tso 's chicken and this was the biggest hunks I have seen. Even included a little fresh fruit cup, not fruit cocktail from a can, fresh I said....in the bag. Love this place and will be going back for the seafood next week. Very satisfied!

They weren't skimpy on the meat, seafood, veggies and rice! The veggies were fresh, the food hit the spot (craving Chinese)! The counter staff was helpful, very lively and courtesy. The atmosphere of the resturant was comfortable and modern. Overall a great place to eat!

Ordered delivery on a Sunday about an hour before they closed. The timing they gave me for delivery was spot on! We live in camp hill, barely inside their 9 mile delivery radius (literally 8.96 miles) but they still delivered to us with no problems. We tried the crab rangoons, shrimp lo mein, shrimp fried rice, honey chicken, and boneless pork ribs. The crab rangoons were really good and crunchy. They do include scallions inside the filling, if you’re someone who doesn’t like them very oniony. There was lots of sweet and sour sauce given with them and it was great! The shrimp lo mein was hot and full of shrimp. 10/10 for that. The shrimp fried rice quart was also STUFFED full of shrimp and was very tasty. The honey chicken wasn’t too sweet and the sauce and broccoli that came with it were good. It came with a side of white rice. The boneless pork ribs were just okay, I didn’t love the consistency of the sauce or the sweetness level (too thin and not sweet enough) but the pork itself was good. So glad this place is open a bit later than the other Chinese places that offer delivery in our area. Can’t wait to try other things on the menu.
