Friendly staff in a neighbourhood local where the cafe's proprietor knows almost everyone's name.
Loved the healthy delight which I had along with a regular capuccino. The fact that they have good internet access is a plus for me. Friendly staff.
There are plenty of cafes along this strip in Upper Heidelberg Road, ranging from the old-style sandwich bars to the pretension of Laurent Patisserie.
