"Want to enjoy a good mess free barbecue on a nippy, windy day without having to worry too much about how well the meat has been roasted, how soon the meat needs to be turn, etc.....No! We ain't kidding, head to Kong and thou shall...not regret!! Drinks and Food menu is huge and plenty to choose from including decent choices for Vegans and Vegetarians. Glutenfree peeps could find few options but don't go with great expectations. Ordered a Korean Style Friend Chicken, Kong Bossom Barbecue platter together with Plum wine with hint of Homey and another one with hint of Citrus Bellissimo!! Like a breath of fresh air, from the first sip until the last bite, everything that we ordered lived up to every expectations we had from this restaurant , and way better than the over hyped and overrated Chin Chin Fried Chicken that comes with a robust sauce was perfectly crisp and had a cheesy after taste. Barbecued platter of beautifully seasoned Chicken, Pork and Beef was served with lettuce cups, walnut and chillies based accompaniment among other usual things such as Kimchi, pickled baby corn and cucumber, etc. Omg!! Drool-worthy. Both of the Dishes deserve The Dish of the Day award. Plum wine with honey was a bit strong compared to Plum wine with Citrus hint as it a had a dry plum that was soaked in alcohol Citrus-y Plum Wine was light yet lovely. We loved the service, which was quick and kind. Pricing is just perfect compared to the quality food is served. The only regret being, similar to Chin Chin, tables are placed so close to each other that it's practically impossible to have a very private evening, difficult to manovre through the area without hitting a chair table foror bumping into someone. We all want the businesses to be profitable but this is another level of doing business. And this, loses to get a full Definitely revisiting for the good food."
