Parked to go into cafe . A man immediately came out and abruptly asked if we were disabled. no disabled parking signage). We said no. He said well park the other way as your near the disabled ramp. We looked at the entrance to the ramp, which was on a stoney car park, and it was at the other end of where we parked.
