We visited the restaurant on a Friday to inquire about vegan options for our order the following day. The staff member at the counter was extremely helpful and willing to discuss which items could be veganized. Some dishes required extra preparation time, but the staff was happy to accommodate our requests. We were pleased to learn that the fried tofu and tempura dishes were prepared in a separate fryer. Our takeout order the following day was delicious, although there was a slight delay in pickup despite placing the order for 4:45 pm pickup for a 6:15 pm meal. We were pleased to learn that the fried tofu and tempura dishes were cooked in separate fryers. The takeaway we picked up the next day was delicious, although there was a slight delay despite ordering it in advance. We ordered Tao Hoo Tod, Pad Kataim Prikthai, Tom Ka, and Goeng Kiew Waan.

The portion size of the tofu satay was large enough for sharing, but there was only a small pot of satay sauce on the side for the four skewers of plain tofu. The tofu red curry and sticky rice were enjoyable, but the tofu massaman was overly sweet for my taste. The price of £38 for two people seemed a bit high for takeout, possibly due to the size of the satay. I found it inconvenient to have to call ahead to order, especially since my email was ignored. When I arrived to pick up the food and had purposely left my phone in the car, the staff made a disrespectful comment about my vegan lifestyle. Overall, the experience was mixed and the service could be improved.

They have a separate fryer for fried tofu and tempura dishes. Our meal the following day was delicious. Despite being busy, there was a slight delay in getting our food ready by 6:15 as requested. We ordered Tao Hoo Tod, Pad Ktiam Prikthai, Tom Ka, and Goeng Kiew Waan. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this restaurant.

The price of £38 for 2 people seemed a bit high for a takeout meal, especially considering the lack of communication when I tried to inquire about vegan options. Despite the mixed experience with the food and service, the size of the Satay may have contributed to the higher cost. It was disappointing to feel ignored when trying to plan ahead, and the comment made about leaving my phone because I am vegan was unnecessary.
