I do like my English breakfasts and this was very good food and real value for money. Staff are helpful and friendly.

was looking for lunch in shepton decided to try mad hatters as the cafe across the road had a sign only allowing people in who could show a covid test !!! glad...

"Lovely food. We had a lovely afternoon tea. Great sandwiches and the scones were the best! The staff were all lovely. It was very busy so I would recommend you book in advance if you can. Hope to visit again soon."

"The location is beautiful, high up on the hill with a great view. But even if you can’t nab a table with the view, it’s a welcoming, open and relaxing place to be , with great food and friendly service. We went with friends for a birthday breakfast it was fresh, very nicely cooked and top quality ingredients. Highly recommended."

"We enjoyed wonderful food, and a great service. We had the 'specials ' menu which really was extremely good value. Just one point my husband and I both found the room very chilly which did spoil our enjoyment. However, if we had mentioned this to them on the night, they could have provided a radiator nearer to us."
