I had a very positive experience with the customer service at this deli near my workplace. The owner provided timely and excellent service as I explored options for catering meetings. I am shocked by the pastrami sandwich I received from Eric's Gourmet. It was advertised as "piled high" but only had a single layer of meat. I paid $17 for that sandwich! The turkey sandwich was even more expensive at $18, and I had to pay an additional $2.50 for just two thin slices of avocado.
