The meat is okay. Taste like its baked, not a true authentic smoke flavor in my opinion. The brisket was bland. The shoulder was pretty good. The rib tips would have been good if they were not so greasy. Otherwise, I prefer an authentic wood smoked flavor from a stick burner, not a giant oven that produces little smoke flavor with a few wood pieces. View all feedback.
