What Tomas Castro doesn't like about Wilma's Smokehouse:
The meat is okay. Taste like its baked, not a true authentic smoke flavor in my opinion. The brisket was bland. The shoulder was pretty good. The rib tips would have been good if they were not so greasy. Otherwise, I prefer an authentic wood smoked flavor from a stick burner, not a giant oven that produces little smoke flavor with a few wood pieces. View all feedback. Sooo good, amazing prices and super fast service. They do take credit cards which was my only concern that they may not. Only dissatisfaction is the fact they are not open more. View all feedback.
