My partner and I have been to a couple of the beer events that the Burwood has hosted. The events were fantastic. The pub itself is incredibly beautiful and sophisticated whilst also encapsulating a very cozy and relaxing vibe. Tony and Sandra are extremely friendly and inviting. Ordered the Tuesday night special, simple crumbed lamb chops served with chips and salad. The lamb tasted unpleasant with a very sour aftertaste, needless to say left it as I did not trust the meat. The salad was of a kind a child can toss together. I answered the waitress honestly when asked if all was ok and she offered to take the plate and replace it with another meal but my appetite had gone ....waste of $20! read more.
