Drove past these guys on my way to Natural Grocers. Their food truck is located in the parking lot of the family dollar off of Green Valley Ranch Blvd and N Yampa St. Black owned. I got the 2 piece cod meal that comes with fries and coleslaw. Absolutelydelicious. Cod was fried well. Light and not greasy. Plenty of fries. Service is fast and friendly. The food is always hitting...So why not 5 stars welp, I aint order this. Everytime I've ever been here I ordered black beans and rice. I've NEVER had them.
