"An exceptional experience! A concept where the dishes are not announced and where we come to collect the main ingredients, it's great... 9 puzzles to discover, all more beautiful than the other aspects of dishes and presentations. We are here in the maximum search for beautiful presentation, we have never seen this quality outside of two-star restaurants. The proposed food and wine pairing is well chosen and tight on price. The number of place settings is small which means that each table has its own space of tranquility at Blisss, each table is immersed in its cocoon within the restaurant. We had the table in front of the kitchen and the chef who plated the plates, it was sublime to see the precision given to each plate prepared. We also notice the chef's impeccable hygiene in his kitchen. Impressive. We will come back for sure A question remains.... How does the Michelin not give this restaurant a star? There are things that escape us..."

"Such a hidden gem. would definitely be highly recommended. eating was really amazing and the price could not beat for the worth. the starter was fabulous, we wanted to try all the appetizers on the menu, the ducks and bark were excellent, and the desserts were totally worth the calorie."

"Very tasty Italian cuisine, organic wine, good servers, pleasant street seating as well as inside seating. Good negronis. The outside tables are right next to each other. We met some new friends. The pastas are authentically Italian and very delicious. The place is small so come early or be prepared to wait. Also, it sits on the Lafarge plaza and is a good people-watching spot."

"Driving through Bordeaux we just stumbled upon a sign on the road as we very getting hungry. As so often when you don't expect anything special you are surprised. In what looks like a private home , sitting beside the pool we enjoyed an excellent...gourmet meal with friendly service. Typical food for the area but prepared with pride. The cafe gourmand , a selection with several mini desserts is an excellent close to a fine meal."
