"Es ist schon eigenartig. Gerade blättere ich im Gault Millau. Da sind mittlerweile sogar Imbisslokale für Burger und Pulled Pork aufgeführt, aber von der Zabala Vinothek ist nichts zu lesen. Dabei gehört sie klar in die großen Restaurant-Führer. Unser gestriges Essen dort hat uns wieder restlos begeistert. Die Steinpilz-Ravioli sind schon fast ein Klassiker, aber auch der Pulpo auf Kohlrabi-Carpaccio und Rote Beete war eine pure Freude. Das anschließende Kotelett vom Iberico war von toller Qualität und auf den Punkt gegart. Und die Seeteufel-Medaillons waren von einer wunderbaren Sauce und pikantem wohlschmeckendem Tintenfisch begleitet. Hier versteht jemand etwas von seinem Handwerk. Aber auch die Herzlichkeit der Zabalas lädt einen dazu ein, bald wiederzukommen. Die Weinempfehlungen von Herrn Zabala sind sowieso ohne Fehl und Tadel."

"Great Burger restaurant, with a selection of Burgers and Sides that you don't get at any street corner. There is something for everyone and the prices are still quite civilian. Beautiful winter map with good selection. Quality: As you can expect from a special beer restaurant, tasty and beautifully arranged. The eye's eating fine here. The preparation also went quite fast, despite 7 people at the table, who all ordered very different and the restaurant was filled to the last place. So, again, because the ambience also fits perfectly."
