After being at 3 other Cafe Rios I was really pleased to see this nice location at Signal Butte. This one is very clean with a nice ambience and music. I had the Nachos meal here for the 1st time and it was great with queso, grilled, premium steak. The meal was huge so I saved half for another lunch. HORRIBLY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! I?m in tears as I write this. I?ve always loved Cafe Rio. Today we decided to order a delivery. They sold me what it looked to be LEFT OVERS.
