Waited 20 plus mins to get basically watered down cold brew and a tea. The quality has gone downhill and with the wait its just not worth it anymore. Tired of fighting with the horrible lines that no one pays attention to. The people that work there are nice but thats not worth the wait either. I dont see it getting better anytime soon so I just wont be back. read more.
