Drive thru was fast, but they messed up on the order so went back and got fantastic customer service from sorry if I spell your name incorrectly... Dolton was polite and quick to replace the wrong articles with the right article... Apologised and respectful. I wish we had more individuals like Braddah. Dolton. Keep customer service smile aloha braddah and KFC crew on Dobson. And base View all feedback.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't expect a lot of almost food, but this place is ridiculous! I ordered the Nashville Hot Station menu and we were asked to move forward. the person in front of us was waiting for a disgust. 10 minutes, the person before us went without her food. then another person was in the same situation as we wait outside. about 5 people, where also wait inside. another 10 minutes pass and n... Ill let the photos speak for me because i cant find words to say how DISGUSTING AND GROSS THIS IS!!!! THIS IS A REAL PHOTO FROM A FAMOUS BOWL BOUGHT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I can only imagine how many roaches infest that location for one to get served!!!????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
What is wrong with the spice/outside? It was tasteless and gross! Chicken was good/juicy but the crust was awful. Ordered pot pies, they were out so had to get the bowls. Meal was supposed to come with cookies, we didn't get them. Soooo disappointed, ended up throung out most of it. What happened??
Order pot pie. They said it was the last one. Asked how long had it been sitting. Said it was good. Trusted that. Got home... not edible. Cannot get them to answer the phone... live a long way from that location
I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't expect alot from fast food, but this location is ridiculous! I ordered the Nashville hot tenders meal and we were asked to pull forward. The person in front of us was waiting aswell. 10 min go by, the person in front of us left without their food. Then another person was in the same situation as us waiting outside. About 5 people where inside also waiting. Another 10 min go by and new people at the window where getting food. The person waiting behind me left. Then we went in to see where our order was. The manager who took our order asked us multiple times what we got. An hour later we received or meal that we paid $12 for and it was cold chicken tenders with a drizzle of a hardend grainy sause. Literally worst fast food experience of my life!
