always kept clean. every employee is always very welcoming and nice. we love to come to this place and enjoy a yogurt as a family. their cakes are also amazing and good value. I wish this place was opened a little earlier, but I have no complaints. View all feedback.

So we went to menchie’s in Queen cr tonight…. Extremely rude and zero customer service…. I asked for sample cups and I got a short rude answer “we don’t do sample cups anymore due to Covid” I simply asked “how do I know which one to get”…. Answer….. u just have to pick 1 and go for it Me…so what is the difference between handing a sample cup as apposed to handing someone a cup to fill up Answer…. Just do it urself Me... I go here about 3 times a month, the service is always lovely , very friendly staff- clean bathrooms, flavors change often, and they always have a great variety...
