One suggestion I have for the restaurant is to provide reheating instructions for their frozen items. A simple sheet of paper or a QR code with directions would be helpful. I have a background of eating homemade, authentic baked goods. While there are other places in town that do a good job with pastries, I was disappointed after trying three different pasties from Sonson's.
