I built my own bowl. I wanted Ramen, this is not Raman for anyone looking for that. Its Raman noodles base with no broth and with toppings and choice of sauces. I was confused by the pics online. The food had no flavor and I hated the two sauces I chose which were green dragon and yakitori on the side. Salmon was over cookes and bland, everything was bland. I wont eat here again. Fresh food, great sauces, plenty of options, a d frindly counter service. Winning combo.
