What User doesn't like about Heritage Grill:
This Easter brunch was very disappointing. The service started with the long waiting time on our table while the customers came out of the elevator. After 15 minutes we sat and waited 20 minutes until someone took our drink order. The food was moderate and mostly lukewarm. The gum and the soup were acceptable, but nothing to rave.
