Came into Burger king today for some dinner whilst having a break from my shopping. I was greeted by a lovely looking chap named jack, who was smiling and seemed happy to help with anything i needed. I felt so welcomed and greeted by him, and the service was amazing, he really made my day, cracking jokes, and getting on with me well, all whilst staying professional. What User doesn't like about Gourmet Burger Kitchen:
Absolutely disgraceful service we had 25 mins to get a train after 5 mins I saw my meal on the pass behind the member of staff. It then took the remaining 20 mins to get my meal from the woman on the till who spoke with a very rude attitude. By the time I got it was cold but the food was good would have been better if warm overall I am appalled by the single work rate of one woman who showed no pleasure working there... View all feedback.
