"Racks is one of the classics when it comes to Filipino sit-down restaurants. This location is no exception. You get served the familiar ribs and barbecue flavor you've learned to love from Racks. Everything is spot on. If you have a large party,, like 10 or more, make sure you reserve a spot with the managers before you actually walk in. This is so they can prep ahead of time. Otherwise, you might have to wait a while for food to be served ."

"Go-to place for palasalubong in Pampanga. I love their kakanins and other pasalubong. Their palabok was average or so-so but Lasagna was great. They were also understaffed since the waiting time for the food is long."

"Food is okay, staff are not attentive, they could do a refurbish also. Lighting is poor Food lack of food presentation. I gave it a 3 star only because I met my uncle and family there. Not recommended"
